Dish Network dishonest ripoff false advertisment I logged LITTLETON Colorado

I logged onto Dish Network on 8/15/06 to get the $49.99 Dvr customer upgrade offer. The advertisement said that the offer expirers 11/01/06. I have four Boxes. Three of them are Dvr's. So I wanted to upgrade the fourth box to a Dvr. When I called to place the order. They said they knew nothing about the upgrade offer and that the only offer they have right now is the $199.00 upgrade. The advertisement had three offers, $49.99, $69.99 and $199.99 which expire 11/01/06. I don't need the $199.99 offer. I downgraded several months ago from a HD Box to a Dvr box for $50.00 because I couldn't use all of my Gateway Plasma features with the High Definition Box. I also returned the HD Box. Last month I had to pay them $100.00 to switch two of the boxes around. Now they want me to pay $199.99 for something that I don't need or want. Thank You.Bye
