DISH network DISH a deceptive devil!!! Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

 Had DISH installed mid February and terrible service and reliability. They were here 6+ hours for initial install, day I had to take of work, and service fine for 2 weeks and then constant "buffering" and pixelated TV. Called to resolve problem, after two customer service reps, someone came out. He was here 4 hrs and said was problem with the install and dish not pointed correctly. Problem was seemingly resolved, albeit yet again getting us to buy more of the products to "enhance" service. Two weeks later ...same problem. Called again to be told I would need to take yet more time off work to resolve with a third technician or would be charged $476 to terminate service. This is from "office of the president" who, after I said I will pay and just get it out, called to inform me not only would I need to pay the charge but apparently need to get a 40 foot ladder and return the dish as well. This is a TERRIbLe company that gives poor service and holds you hostage!!! Please don't give them your business.

It's funny that no one seems to care about installation warrranty. Until they have a problem with their equipment. Now their is crooks in any business and some of us actually do care about what we do.

 As an Independent Dealer we are required to give a 6 month warrany on the installation of our work. But yet Dish only gives a 90 day warranty and some of us do go beyond that to give a 1 year warranty. 

You have to care more about just getting service and asking more questions to a lot of installers. You could have also gone to Dish Network web site an d found a blank copy of the contract. This would have explained the cancellation fees to you.
