Dish Network Dish Dish Equipment & Fraud in getting signature on the agreement Vero Beach Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

To all: Beware of Dish Network One: I used my credit card with Dish for a friend to pay the deposit and I was to that the would not be any other charges. Standing right next to my roommate I watched and listen to her giving Disk her card info and again they said that they would not charge the card again but they still need an addition $50 after making the deposit. They stated that this is a processing fee. Second: after the tech finishes the installation they have this little PDA you have to sign stating that installation is complete but this is the signature for you agreeing to everything that you don't even know about and last if you need to cancel service they try to charge a $450 fee, this is really for all of the equipment. They don't want anything return. After several complaints they claim that they don't have a record of it. The complain was about lack of service on a sun day all in days after installation After my card was charge my bank stated that they was no issue found based on Dish and that signature. So not the bill is paid but they stated bill was never paid

you could have looked it up

AUTHOR: James - (USA)

1) You could have gone to Dish Networks web site and looked up the service agreement at dish.com/service-agreements

2) Should have had them go to Walmart and got a Prepay Credit Card. That way your card wouldn't have been charge for the breech of contract.

3)There are crooks in every business, but you should have found a Independent Dealer to have told you the truth. They would have given you a blank contract to look at. Thats is what I do for my customers who wanted to kow what it was all about.

4)The person who signed the contract and didn't meet their obligation. Is the one who really owes you the money for breaking the agreement.

5) Your only recourse is to complain to the Attorney General Office. Maybe if enough people complain about this practice. They will stop taking other peoples credit cards for the customer signing the agreement.

6) If a customer insisted on doing this I would decline in running the order. I would rather be honest with someone than to have the customer mad at me for not wanting to be a crook.
