Problem with dish network,
I was a long time customer with Dish Netwiork and they increased my existing
services considerably. I called their customer service people and explained
my concerns. They were very rude and did not want work with me regarding new charges. When I cancelled the services they wanted me to send their equipment and elements from the roof at my expense even though it was
installed by a local shop owner. I volunteered to return this equipment to
him. But I was forced to send the equipment at my own expense by UPS to another address in another state. Bad part was that I was on Auto pay from
my bank and they would not stop this auto pay and Dish Network kept deducting from my account. I would never trust Dish Network and use their services again
