I have been having a nightmare from which I will never wake it would seem.

Today, March 4th, I called to inquire as to the status of my refund of my deposits after I had cancelled the account of the hands down worst service of any soryt I have ever received in any capacity.

Express Marketing and Dish Network have combined to absolutely rip me off.

I got told by two very young, very indignant and rude boys today in your "supervisory department", obviously two boys who just batted me back and forth in a manner befitting red tape and callous marketing techniques you should be very proud of.

I was told that someone signed me up no actually, Eddie told me that I signed up for a purchase of equipment and that the useless box, non working remote and the wiring and switches were now mine, and this not the truth.
His even younger and more rude friend kept saying this was "the Fact" in the whole manner, and I simply say that it is not.

I did not call up to sign up for the package I was given five weeks later after FOUR delays in installation by Express Marketing, so I cancelled my account. Not to mention the complaint department had cancelled my account autononmously when I complained about their shortcomings

What follows here is copies of my emails, never acknowledged nor answered, but sent anyway.

To the group of people in your your department who handle complaints by ignoring customers and sabotaging accounts, This is a copy of the second e-mail I have sent to the installation department. It speaks for itself on my frame of mind.

Your company on the whole is to be commended on it's call center personell. They have been helpful at every turn.

However, your subcontractor...name of company unknown but it's phone number is 337.238.4931 who handles warehousing and/or installations has set me back 2 weeks plus because at first they did not have the two t.v. receiver, so I changed my order to get the 2 seperate receivers instead at a 5 dollar per month discount.

These people then called me on the day of my install, 2 and one half hours after they supposed to have been here to tell me they have none of those receivers either, bumping me another 10 days for my install.

After much phone dialogue with two of your account specialists, I agreed upon a discounted price and to wait.

I did, however decide to send a complaint to your installation department outlining their shortcomings and the money and inconvenience that their lack of organization with their subcontractor has cost me, saying I feel i have been treated unfairly, and feel that I am owed more consideration AND most importantly, an apology.

The e-mail i sent was in no way profane, threatening or by any means out of line, and yet someone in that department, (confirmed by operator PWH) cancelled my install, cancelled my account, and did nothing to notify me of this, and made no effort to refund my money upon cancelling my account.

I ask you, what kind of outfit are you running?

Is this proper protocal?

Now, ---->PLEASE
You have my money, and it would be far more trouble to wait 2 weeks to get it than just simply wait until the less than able folks you have warehousing get their heads in the game and send the equipment i ordered.

I respectfully ask and DEMAND to speak with someone in charge of this company and it's employees and contractors.

I feel as a customer i have the right to quick and speedy and accurate service and demand to be treated like someone who matters.

Monday, Labor day, I complained mightily about the lack of answers and fairness in being run around by your sub-conract company who warehouses your equipment. (Shreveport Louisiana area)

I sent an e-mail complaining about it, saying I felt some sort of further compensation was required and instead of writing me back, contacting me, (phone number and request for communication was included) one of your number simply cancelled my account in total. WHo told you to do that? Not me. I want to speak to someone in your supervisory department immediately. And do not even try to cancel my account again or there will be legal action, as I am saving all correspondence. And Operator PWH confirmed that it was your department who cancelled my order and entire account, and I have me last e-mail saved , so no denials or run-arounds will be tolerated without legal action.

I have had to, again, go rebuild my account because of your gross disregard and complete lack of care for my pleas.

I am now bumped back AGAIN ANOTHER WEEK because of of your number saw fit to simply ignore my request for consultation and simply cancelled my install, erased my account, and left it at that.

If I had not called today to confirm that I was still on the role, I would have waited until my already way out of line install date to find out that your department had seen fit to disregard my pleas and cancelled my account without even so much as a phone call or an attempt to refund my deposit.

I want a supervisor to call me. 318.309.9793, i want who took it upon themselves to futher inconvenience me to be there on the line as well, ready to explain their actions.

I made no threats, no verbiage of an insulting nature was made, and being called incompetant is not an insult if it is the truth.

This letter is filed away for possible legal action at a later date..

I requested a phone call from someone in charge to explain to me how someone did an un-asked for and unauthorized cancellation of my order, my installation with no refund enacted, after I have been getting a runaround since september 3rd, the day the receiver sub-contractors called me after the installation time to inform me they didn't and would not have any of the equipment needed to install me and pushed me back to the 10th.

I have just received a very terse, short and quickly disconnected call from someone with an accent so thick I could not feasibly communicate with her.

I have have asked for a supervisor, a boss to call and make this customer happy. This customer you have cost money far beyond the mere 200 dollar deposit for work that has yet to appear to haqve any chance of being done by actual local, reachable human beings speaking english well enough to argue the points with the customer that your company's lack of regard and service has left rather distraught.

I want my installation done, with priority, at the earliest moment you have your receivers in from the presently empty installer's warehouses.
I feel that i am owed some priority, seeing how

i answered the ad that said "most installations within 24 hours!" but failed to mention that it could take two weeks and upward, depending whether a vindictive person at the installation office who doesn't like their short-comings pointed on on a professional level in a polite but firm manner cancels your order without your consent, and shuffles you further still down the list of installations whenever your subcontractors get their act together.

I feel I am owed priority on time of wait.

I feel I am owed up the more than $300 in fair and temporary upgrades on channel packages missed from the day of work i skipped to wait for your services to arrive, only to informed well after time of arrival had come and gone that they have no equipment, and I had to wait for the 10th.

I feel I owed a compassionate, empowered and English fluent voice on my phone to help me reach some sort of satisfaction.

Finally, I asked for cancellation and my refund.

Less than 15 minutes later a truck owned by express marketing pulled into my driveway who were clueless that they had cancelled my installation again due to lack of equipment AND clueless to the fact that I had cancelled my order upon the week postponement I was issued just minutes earlier.

I then called express marketing and they called dish network and I asked to be reinstated my original plan.

3 months HBO package for free, 10 dollars off a month for the inconvenience shown to me by the two companies, and of course it was never in question as it was explained thoroughly that the 200 dollar deposit was simply to lease the equipment at a rate if 5$ a month, and if I were to stay receiving service for a number of months (40) that it would eventually be paid for.

I asked specifically if I decided to terminate service, as there was not contract, what would happen and was told in no uncertain terms that a refund of the balance would be sent within 7 to 10 days

Whoever resigned me up after three cancellations did not sign me up for original agreement as I asked them to do, as I consider this a gross injustice upon me by your company for your little marketers pretending to be two bosses are so rude and have nothing to do with their job but to give good little families like mine bad service and rip offs based on fine print that I never even got the opportunity to read or agree to adhere to.

I would consider a refund of the balance of my deposit unfair, but seeing how your business is run I would consider it a victory.

I have cancelled before you showed up to even install, and twice since, and every time of your silver tongued devils offers me something extra to entice, and under the verbal agreement that I made with them every time to keep, to keep my original plan (HBO lease of 5 dollars a month) I acquiesced.

I have never received after several calls a please any of these things, so I finally after 5 months of futility AND another unaround of two weeks by express marketing on simply installing my box to work with the new house, I asked for a refund.and get two boys in some pretend position of authority telling ME the facts about my account and hoiw i am owed nothing by them when these two juvunile jerks have no idea what I have been through. I feel ignored and unimportant.

You have cost me time, money, emotional distress and loss of belief in your company, your employees, your subcontractors and most importantly the kids you have put in charge of your corporate office to pretend to have any knowledge of my case, what it is like to be me being ripped off by a multimillion dollar company and to know that the money I am counting on to come back from a sour business deal is not coming, because the FACT is that your company does not care for it's patrons.

I wish you all the worst in your future endeavors and I will never tire of telling the story of my experience in your lack of professionalism to any who will hear me as long as I breathe the air on the planet earth.

Dxxx you all, sirs and madams, may your misery match mine, and may the fleas of a thousand camels reside in your armpits every last one of you until the Devil comes to take you to your honored home in hell.


p.s. my only regret is that I did not keep every bit of correspondence so I could open a proper website dedicated to your rip off of a system.
