I had to cancel my service after 3 years cuz of the economy now. No money no job so no TV. How does Dish show me gratitude after 3 years of service they STEAL $100 out of my account. Say it is for the equipment and when I mail the equipment to them I will get it back. Funny how they took the money before they even mailed me the box to mail the equipment back in. That caused a s****.> After 3 years of service to them they can't even give me a phone call first informing me of the theiving actions. This is going to cost them alot more than they will ever get out of me.

I urge everyone to tell everyone you know that has dish to be prepared for the same thing to happen to them. Close your account, freeze it, inform your bank so that they can't touch your money. Send your friends to anyone other than Dish. If we stand together and all of us work hard to take a few of their customers away it WILL affect them. Let them go down with the ship like so many others. Now is not the time to mess with the citizens of USA!!

when you sign up for dish network, in the contract, it states if you terminate your account you have 30 days to return the equipment. if the equipment is not returned in 30 days your credit card you used to sign up the account will be charged for the equipment until its returned. in the contract it also states that the consumer is responsible for returning the equipment. the ups boxes are also sent out as a courtesy, dish network is not required to send them out.
