I RECIEVED MY BILL ON 15 AUG 2004. IT HAD 13 PPV MOVIES ON IT. ONLY 3 I HAD ACTUALLY ORDERED AND GOT APPROVAL. I CALLED DISH NETWORK ON 17 AUG 2004 AND TALKED TO (JOY). WE DISCUSSED(ARGUED) AND AFTER 15 MINUTES SHE STATED WE WILL MEET YOU HAVE WAY AND REMOVE 6. AFTER MORE DISCUSSION I SAID OK BUT WOULD FOLLOW UP ON IT WITH A SUPERVISOR. I CALLED 23 AUG AND TALKED TO (JOY) AND DISCUSSED THIS AGAIN TO NO AVAIL AND FINALLY ASKED WHO REGULATED DISHNET WORK AND SHE REFUSED TO ANSWER.

AFTER A LONG DELAY SHE STATED JUST UPPER MANAGEMENT. I SAID I WANTED TO KNOW WHO REGULATED THEM AND SHE STATED THE SAME THING. I ASKED TO TALK TO A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR AND SHE PUT ME ON HOLD 3 TIMES AND FINALLY CAME BACK AND SAID SHE IS BUSY(TOO BUSY FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?) AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. AS OF 25 AUG 2004 NO CALL BACK SO I CALLED AND TALKED DIRECTLY ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR AND GOT (CHERYL) AFTER 3 HOLDS. SHE WAS RUDE AND NO HELP AND REFUSED TO EVEN HEAR MY SIDE SO AS OF THIS I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ILL BBC AND THE ILL STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.

NOW, HERE IS HOW THEY GET YOU. YOU GO TO BUY PPV MOVIE OR SPORTS EVENT AND PRESS PURCHASE ON REMOTE. IT COMES BACK AND SAYS SMART CARD NOT AUTHORIZED CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE CATCH IS IF YOU DO NOT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN 2-3 MONTHS THE MOVIES YOU THOUGHT YOU CANCELLED START SHOWING UP ON YOUR BILLS AS PURCHASED. I HAVE STATEMENT SHOWING MOVIES I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM 3 MONTHS PRIOR. I BELIEVE THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE SATALITE UPDATES. I EXPLAIN THIS TO THE REP BUT SHE SAID I HAD A HARDWARE PROBLEM(SYSTEM JUST CHECKED BY CERTIFIED INSTALLER FOR DISH). THEN SHE RUDELY SAID I NEED TO KEEP CONTROL OF THE OTHER PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE BUYING MOVIES. (I HAVE BEEN SINGLE AND ALONE FOR 13 YEARS!!!!)

ALL I CAN SAY IS WATCH OUT/GET CABLE/OR GO BACK TO THE OLD ANTENNA!!!!

THEY CORRECTED THEIR PROBLEM BUT THEN PENALIZED ME FOR COMPLAINING!!!!!

WELL AFTER FILING WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB THEY CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKES IN MY FALSE BILLING BILLING PROBLEM(ADULT MOVIES).

NOW HERE IS THE REAL CREAM ON THE CAKE. IN A MESSAGE THAT JESSICA VARGAS SENT DATED SEPT 13 2004 SHE SAID SHE CHANGED MY ACCOUNT SO I CANNOT BUY ANY MOVIES OVER 3.99.

THE PROBLEM WAS I NEVER ORDERED THESE MOVIES SO WHY AM I LOSING IT??? SO I LOSE A SERVICE I PAY FOR MONTHLY BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP!

THAT IS REALLY PUZZLING??????THEY SCREW UP/I COMPLAIN/THEY FIX IT/THEY PENALIZE ME!!!!!I PAY FOR IT,,,,DONT TAKE IT OR LOWER MY MONTHLY BILL!!!!

AS I SAID BEFORE,,,,,GET CABLE OR GO BACK TO THE ANTENNA!!!!!DISHNETWORK/ECHOSTAR YOU ARE SORRY!!!!!!

I AM JUST CURIOUS AS WHY YOU SEE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT DISHNETWORK ON COMPLAINT SITES BUT YOU NEVER SEE A REBUTTAL FROM ANY COMPANY REP OR MGR OR VP OR ANY ONE WITH ANY OWNERSHIP IN THE COMPANY??????EITHER THEY DONT SEE THEM OR SIMPLY DONT CARE. I GUESS BASED ON THE INFO WE SEE HERE ON THIS SITE WE ALL CAN FIGURE OUT THE ANSWER.
