i was promised a free i pod for hooking up there system. this was to be a christmas gift for my daughter. i was told that i would receive it in time for christmas and it would be free.they did tell me that a certificate would come in the mail and i would have to send it in and it would be in time for a christmas gift. i just received it on dec-11-06 and that i need to provide shipping address, sign it, enclose proof of installation and the first months bill, a copy of a valid picture . id, and $19.95 for S&H
now as you can see i wont have it for christmas and i dont like the idea of the picture id they didnt inform me of all this. like they say something are never free. any heip you could give me would be appreciated thank you
