I got new equpitment, that cost $300 and it constantly didn't work, which we reported, found out that the equiptment was test equipt.,and outdated after 3 months then we had to get new equiptment and another charge Of 200.and once again the equiptment doesn't work but half the time, they don't want to give us acredit or refund, but if we are late we got charged interest, How is that Fair for Customers? Why do we have to pay for equiptment that doesn't work all of the time?
