We have been charge on several occasions for xxx ppv movies that we have never ordered. Unfortunately for us we were not looking closely at our statements a year ago when it first happened. It wasn't until we heard that Dishnetwork had a thing for charging customers for ppv's that they had never ordered, that we started looking at our statements more closely. Sure enough in January, 2006 we noticed that they were charging us for a xxx ppv that they claimed we had ordered in June, 2005, seven months later!! They refunded the ppv charge.

Here we are again with a bill for 189.00, 125.00 of that bill is for xxx ppv that was never ordered from our home. The only thing I can tell from the time is that some of them were at 5:00 a.m. while we're still asleep. We get up everyday at 5:30 a.m. to start getting ready for work, or we've been at work. No one is home at these times. We've even tried telling this what this kind of thing could do to a marriage!

The rude person we talked to told us that we had ordered these type of movies before, and that evidently someone was ordering them behind the other person's back. I spoke with a supervisor and she told me that she would refund a total of 5 ppv charges for a total of $47.81 if I was willing to block all ppv ordering. I am distressed that these people can get away with all of this and we can't seem to do anything about it.

I no longer have the statements for 2005, so when we requested them they said that we would be charged 5.00 for each page. We asked if we could view them over the internet and they said we could only view up to 6 months, not true! We viewed 24 months worth, and found that yes, they had previously charged us for xxx ppv's twice before and we were dumb enough to overlook those particular statements because we had moved and were having problems getting our bill auto deducted from our debit card.

The reason we thought the bills were so high was because we had been late due to the problem with the auto deduct. That was another problem within itself. They still have our old physical address on the bill!!!

It would be nice if those of us having the same problem could get together and do something about it. I've read several of the reports that have made me aware that we are not alone. Thanks
