okay, ordered service, okay next day service ! we cancelled when bills kept risig and paid till 9-30-10.  okay somtime later they stop giving us programming. we had boxed the receiver 9.30.  After a couple of months they start sending "you owe".  Thay had not read the GUIDE ????? It states that DISH would send personnel to recover equipm,ent----no we get a box, okay you put all the equipment in the box and send it back to us (Texas) office in Palatine, Illinois ???/  Here we are 2011 and now they start the spring campaign ! We owe -----(what)-------

I would guess you got the service, then didn't want it and cancelled.  Did you have a contract which you terminated early?

I've never known Dish to sent personnel to recover far as I know, you send it back in a box they provide.

It's a little hard to decipher what you really mean. :(
