Dish. call I made to begin Dish or Direct TV, Dish said they are cheaper but they are not, I want to quit they said I can't I did not sign no agreement for 12 months. Internet

When I first called Dish I asked who is cheaper, Dish or Direct TV, they said Dish. It was terribly confusing to get any definite answer from their salespeople, they talked in such riddles I didn't know who to believe. I called over & over because I wanted a cheaper TV, Phone and internet service than I

had with Cox. It did not turn out that way, they advertise a low rate but when you get your bill, it's huge compared to what they stated. I have not been happy with the service so I called and said I want to

quit, they told me I agreed to 12 month to 2yrs and I will have to pay the damage fees. I never signed any form or got an good explanation as to what I would have to pay to leave their service if I quit before the time limit is up. Where is my signed agreement form??? That was not explained at all.

I have had it with this company and want out of the contract if that's what they call it. They have got to get better sales people to work for them. I must have talked to 20 or more people everyone of them did not know what they were talking about, I was so confused the whole time. What kind of company is this do we have to research these companies before we sign up, forget it then, I'll go back to my rabbit ears.

When you signed the paperwork for the installation...


you agreed to a two year contract for them to recover equipment and installation costs. It spells out a pro-rated early cancellation penaltyyou did read this didnt you? It is a legally binding contract. No, I DONT work for Dish, but am satisfied with their service. Im a charter customer and HAVE read my contract "forget it then, I'll go back to my rabbit ears." Do you attach them to your foil hat?
