Dish Misrepresentation and false promises Palatine Illinois

I used to have Direct TV for my cable company and ATT for my internet service with no problems, except that I thought I was paying too much.  I also had unlimited internet, since I go a lot on YouTube and also use Netflix and Amazon Prime.  Thinking I would save money, I switched to Dish network, and bundled my internet and cable services.  They came out and positioned two satellite dishes where they stood out like a sore thumb, so I asked the workmen if they could move one to the back of the house at no added charge.  They promised they would be back to move one satellite dish with a few days so I believed them and that they would not charge me. 

It turns out that no one came out and when I called to move the satellite to the back of the house, the workman that showed up said he would have to charge me about 50 dollars to move the sore thumb internet satellite, so I refused and told him what the other workman had promised.  They refused to honor this promise so I told them to leave them as they are.  Also, I found out after about two weeks of usage that my internet service had been reduced because under their plan, you have to pay extra when you run out of a certain amount of internet usage.  This was not explained to me and I was spoiled because ATT did not charge me extra for the amount I paid and I had unlimited internet usage  I had to pay Dish and extra 20 dollars to get more internet time and after a few days, I ran out again, so I need to go to their website and pay for more internet time at 10 dollars a whack!

Now, I have buyers remorse and find out that I will not be saving any money after all.  I miss Direct TV and ATT but it's too late and I have to wait two years under the contract, before I can leave Dish.  Dish was very nice when they were trying to sign me up but after they had me as a customer and I called their 800 number to get my internet cancelled, the lady was very cold and terse and told me they would  charge me 400 dollars plus, if they cancelled my internet, because now, she knew she had me over a barrel.  After two years, I will cancell my Dish and go back to Direct and ATT, because they were not honest with me.  Please do not sign up with Dish unless you want to keep paying extra for internet service and don't believe their workmen, because they will lie to you.  There is very little honor in today's companies.
