Dishnetwork Satalite Provider ripoff MACOlittleton Colorado

To who ever this my concern at dishnetwork,. My name is Bob-Kev and this letter is in dispute regarding my balance of $526.30. It has been three months Know that I have been harassed by your costumer reps by why of wrongful information or mistakes on their part about my account. I have been told six different stories about my account.

1: their was a contract and this is why I owe

2: Receivers where not returned

3:the receivers are in processing to check for any damages

4:My account is 0 balance and equipment was received on my account verified by Jerome customer # 02A on Sept,15,2004

5:Know it is verified by Jeanette a manager at dishnetwork on Oct,6 at 10:30PM that the receivers where not received and thats why I owe and to my surprise I supposedly have 2 accounts under my name one with 0 balance and another with $526.30, she said the one with 0 balance is the one I owe recievers on so I asked what do I owe $526.30 on the secound one for she said she would get back to me on that and never called me back. They couldn't even tell me how I come to have two accounts when I have only signed up for 1 service

6:Lea customer # 0Z1 told me on Oct,12 the same thing as the manager but Know she claims I have two accounts one with $526.30 from non returned equipment and one that is Know closed and not used, then she tried to cover up for the customer rep Jerome claiming I might have misunderstood what he was saying and all we have is your word that this has taken place, But all I have is their word that I rightfully owe this balance on my account.

I am a recent veteran of the army as of May, 2004 and I come home to be harassed for three months because employees of this company are suffering from a failure to do their job. I am just sorry for the customers that have or will have to deal with similar problems like this in the future from this company.
