Disney Movie Rewards Account is locked after e-mail change and the support cannot figure that out. Internet, Michigan

My family has always been very faithful to Disney and all of it's programs ever since the birth of our first daughter.

We opened a Disney Movie Reward account and have been saving our points for many years. We have a large amount of points in the account.

I logged in to update my e-mail address as we had switched to verizon. After inputting the information my account locked at the update. Since then I have been unable to login . It claims it is sending my info to my e-mail address on file- nothing comes to my verizon account which means the system is still sending to my old account.

I have sent 10+ e-mails and each time the support staff fails to actually read my e-mail explaining the problem. My account has become completely locked or else since they are sending my info to an e-mail that is no longer mine someone else has just taken over my account.

There is no phone number on their site to call them. I am at my wits end since their support staff fails to actually read my e-mail request for support and then actually take the effort to figure it out.
