Ditech Rip Off, Fraudulent Company Adelanto Internet

CitiBank sold our mortgage to Ditech back in April 2016. Since then we have had nothing but problems. We use to pay our mortgage online. With Ditech you can not unless you sign up for automatic deduction or mail in a check. Who still writes checks!!! Plus I wouldn't want this company to have access to my bacnk account.

We never had any problems when our loan was serviced by CitiBank. Since our mortgage is now serviced by Ditech, our monthly payments have increased with no explination. If you call them they want to charge you just to talk with a customer rep., by the way knows nothing. We mail in our payment within the first week of the month and they sit on the check and don't cash it until the last week of the month. Then hit us with late fees by claiming that we were late. How is this company allowed to stay in business?!
