Diva Dogs Diva Dogs Day more Scam then Glam Internet

Organizers of an event called Diva Dogs Day are facing a chorus of howls in the United Kingdom. Attendees have been taking to Facebook claiming they got ripped off. Diva Dogs Day was billed to be a day of pampered pooches dressed in their best, put on by Diva Dogs, a luxury pet boutique and grooming parlor in the UK. Vendors would be on hand to offer posh clothing and accessories, and attendees could buy VIP tickets to be treated like royalty. The event website listed two indoor arenas and a host of amenities in the VIP area for those who paid 50 pounds but never got what they paid for.....Summery of where customers stand today wrote by https://www.facebook.com/pages/Leave-your-Diva-Dog-Day-Complaints-Here/476359255730726?ref=hl......Unfortunately Louise Harris is responsible for crating this whole situation to herself and Diva Dogs by deciding on Monday Morning to delete valid customer complaints and blocking all those customers from both her Facebook sites. She didn't feel the need to do this when she was taking our money and shouldn't have done it when her customers are perfectly within their rights to lodge a complaint to diva dogs if they are unsatisfied with their purchase. Diva dog, customers are entitled to a reasonable explanation which Louise Harris failed to do. We paid our hard earned money in good faith to attend what we was lead to believe a huge glamorous affair & a family fun day out. We did not pay to walk away and have to spent our time fighting for a refund or be treated the way we have by Louise Harris...Therefore this page was set up for all unsatisfied customers to be heard and hopefully for Louise Harris to listen to her customers and ACT Immediately to bring this whole matter to an conclusive end. If Louise had of acted ie. Monday-Tuesday this page would've been deactivated and would not exist today. No member on this page has set out to cause any harm towards Louise or Diva Dogs it is not our intentions to do so. It is obvious that 'Diva Dogs Day' was a very unorganised event and members of this page did not receive what was advertised on www.divadogsday.co.uk and therefore it was misleading under the misrepresentation act 1967. Louise Harris's way of dealing with customers complaints was a Facebook status she posted on her own personal page at 8pm Wednesday 3rd Oct 2012

Thank you to everyone that came to Diva Dogs Day on Sunday we have received some wonderful emails and cards thanking us.

I'm shocked at some very petty and sad people who spent the WHOLE day at my event yet emailed and insulted me by using words such as b***h advising that celebs were not big enough and didnt talk to them although many individuals wanted pictures with them and ME! and have been very happy to pimp out the piccies on their FB and twitter , or that due to filming we had a delay on our event , that a coconut shy wasnt there. VIP guests moaned that their goodie bags worth approx 22 were not enough and that they didnt get enough champagne even though numerous bottles were drunk! seems someone drunk them and ate the human cupcakes and the pooches ate the pupcakes unless they just disappeared. There was free reiki, free artist sketches free photobooth.

Sometimes with many variables at an event there are things that change and we did EVERYTHING we could for people to still enjoy the day we did everything in our program on the day but then many refused to purchase a 50p program to actually find out what was happening our intentions were to give the program money to charity and hope we could help in some way, we will still do this from the ones sold.

So my following statement to those who know who they are is as follows:

In response to some of your false or extremely elaborated accusations and attempts to bad mouth myself and my business. My legal team have been instructed and we have been advised that the complaints we have received are NOT entitled to a refund under British law unless there is "Total Failure of consideration of the event". Activities detailed in the events program that was offered to you took place on the day.

Responses were being given to individuals via email and discounts were offered. However because of your actions and continued defamation of me and my business that offer has now been withdrawn. Louise x
