asked for my husband by name, I asked her who is calling, she told me DC and I proceeded to tell her he no onger lives here we are seperated and she said why didn't you just say that to begin with and we couldve avoided this entire conversation and slams the phone down. I did call and talk to a supervisor and he did play back the recording and heard for himself the rudenes and hatefulness and this imbecile
