Diversified Consultants DCI Disgusting collector gets angry when I do not give her an exact time for returning her call Jacksonville Florida

I recieved calls from the same number multiple tiimes every day for about 7 - 10 days.  They never left a message, but continued to call daily.  This morning, I took the time to call the number back.  "Ms. Calhoun" answered my call and informed me that I had a debt to Direct TV placed with her and then told me, "In order to give you a correct amount, I need to know if you have returned the equiptment." I advised I had returned the equiptment.  She then said that I owed $212.00 for my final billing.  I advised her that I am at work and would like to go home, check my records and give her a call back.  I even asked her if that would be ok.  She became aggravated that I had the nerve to ask to fact check before blindly paying a debt I really do not believe is owed.  Then, she asked me when I would call back.  I said, "I said I will call you back tomorrow."  She said, "There are 24 hours in tomorrow.  What time will you call ?" I replied, "You need to know an exact time > I cannot give you an exact time.  I will call you when I have a moment.  That needs to be enough.  You called me repeatedly never leaving a message.  I took the time to call you back....." At that point, "Ms Calhoun" began talking over me and then hung up on me.  I called back and asked for a supervisor and the gentleman on the phone said he was a supervisor (I don't believe it.) I am filing a report iwth Direct TV, the company I supposedly owe a balance to and also to the NC Attorney General.  I have never in my life been treated so poorly while trying to settle a "debt"..... just because I would not take their word for it and would not give an exact time for a returned call.
