Diversified Consultants Called with a bogus wireless bill. I told them it was not valid. They ignored me, refused to investigate did not honor my dispute and reported on my credit report. I called and explained again it was false charges and they got smart with me and hung up on me several times. They are not interested in the truth, they just want to get their paychecks no matter what consumers they walk over and disrespect and destroy credit etc. I predict they will not be around very long because it seems they are all trained to be rude and ugly with customers no matter what and it is ok to hang up in there faces. Not many people will put up with this type of abuse from someone trying to take there money. Even if the account was valid, i still wouldn't pay just because of their rude workers and I'm sure I am not the only person who would refuse to simply because of the abusive customer service, not to mention the bogus charges they refuse to investigate Jacksonville Florida

called to try to get me to pay for a bill that was not valid. I told them the charges where false and not mine. They ignored me, failed to investigate and still reported me to the credit bereua. I called to tell them of their error and they got smart with me and hung up. Said i was suppose to tell them i disputed the charge withen 30 days, i told them i did when they first started calling and harrasing me. They hung up, I call back and they hang up again, so since they wont listen to the truth from a consumer, I will tell everyone else so they can listen. These type of businessess wont last long because they will be so rude and ugly with someone that even if it is a valid debt the people wont even want to do business with them. They use ugly tactics and don't investigate if an account is true or not. This will bite them in the end. They must teach their workers to be rude and ugly to consumers cause they all were and they all hung up. Never said a curse word or nothing, just trying to explain my situation and how they were wrong about the charges. They were not interest in the truth just wanted to try and get money from me so somebody could get a pay check. smh This will not be the only place my experience will be recorded. I'll put it where ever people will listen so maybe company will stop using them if they knew how rude and ugly they were with people. Maybe they will realize they wont get ANY money from ANY one treating people as they do.
