This Company markets Trading Systems for Forex and other system of various vendors. One vendor they particulary promoted was "Symphony Forex" develpoed by Dr. Clayburg a supposedly succesful name in the industry. They sold me the system with the promise that if this system does not profit 15 % within 6 month, they refund the cost ($3000.00).

In Januray 2005 I began trading via their recommended broker (Fiat Forex, also a dubios outfit, did not get statements at my request), in June my account showed a loss of 83 %. So this "wonderful" system (which is now promoted under a different name and always shows profit which is complete baloney)almost wiped out my account. I stopped trading and asked for refund as it was promised.

The person responsible at this outfit is Mr. Gene Williams. He acknowledged that I am entitled and faxed me the appropriate forms which I filled out and send back immidiatly. I have his email proof that it was received, but after 4 weeks of no action I inquired and was told to fill out the forms again, which I did.

Then the company dissapeared. Their phone was disconnected, their website disappeared and I was not able to contact them. I contacted the Broker (Fiat Forex) they told me that they are creating a new company (to ripp other people off). Unfortunatly, they will have another name, but just in case here are the names of people working or owning this fraud outfit.

Mr. Gene Williams Mr. Daniel Crowley both live around Long Beach, of course their phone nr are not valid.
Just want to warn other people of these criminals.

Consumers,

Fiat FOREX has wrongly been accused as a dubios operation because an online customer of Diversified Marketing Concepts was unable to visit the login link, type his account number/password, and click view report. In addition, the customer could have contacted the registered FCM in New York with his account number and New Accounts would have sent monthly statements via mail.

Next, Fiat FX provides real-time access to a customers account online so they can view systems fill price, fill time, and present position on a daily, weekly, or monthly bases by a simple click of a mouse.

Dr. Clayburg's Symphony system turned out to not be as successful as his other systems ranked at Futures Truth but he certainly is a capable and credible system writer for the futures market. Trading losses can be substantial in derivative contracts and are not suitable for all investors.

If any customer is looking to get a refund from Mr. Gene Williams (DMC), he can be contacted in Long Beach, California at 562-208-0147.
