SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Learn from our experience: Anyone in the market to lease a copy machine must do a careful check of the leasing company. For the past two years we've suffered from countless broken promises by the company which leased us our Sharp copier. The company - originally operating as Office Automation, then as Vista Digital Solutions, then as EZ Docs / EZ Doc Solutions, and most recently as Divinium Technologies has repeatedly failed to provide toner.

They originally promised toner delivery within one business day. We have to call them daily for weeks before we get any toner. The fact that they've changed the company name four times in the past two years should tell you something.

They folks had the nerve to come to our office to tell us that the old management team had been fired and that they were a new company. (Rumor has it old management was arrested.) And they tried to get us to sign a new contract. Sadly, it was the same pack of crooks operating under a new name. We would call for toner. They would say it is on its way. It wouldn't arrive. We would call again. It wouldn't arrive. etc. etc.

A call to Sharp HQ wasn't much help. Seems Sharp will allow anyone to be an "authorized dealer." When I called Sharp HQ to plead for toner, I was told that I could contact another "authorized dealer" as HQ doesn't have toner. When I asked where the dealers get their Sharp toner the customer service agent simply repeated that I need to contact an authorized dealer. We are a small business -- we don't need two copiers. We only need one with toner.

In summary:
> Do not sign with a copier leasing company until after you've done a good background check (and do NOT sign with Divinium Technologies or EZ Docs even if they promise that they are a 'new company' -- we've lived through this fabrication once with them already.)

> Beware Sharp dealers -- seems HQ doesn't do a very good job vetting them to ensure consumers are adequately served.
