Purchased a 30 foot roll of 9 mil window security film.  First 10 feet was installed with results as advertised.  The remainder of the roll had defective adhisive and could not be used.  Unfortunately DIY warrants the product for 10 days and then the manufacturer, Hanitatek, warrants the product for the remainder of one year.  After 3 months of numerous conversations between DIY and Hanitatek both companies refused to take responsibility for the product.  They placed blame for the defective product on the manner in which I stored it, however they could not explain why the initial 10 feet of product had no issues and the remaining 20 feet did.  Neither company is customer friendly after the sale.
