First off, let me just say ... DO NOT use their services at DMOZlisting.com which is owned by the same owner for RCWORLD.us EVER. It's a total scam and this/these guy(s) walks off with your money laughing all the way to the bank using a PayPal loophole (explain later). Completely lies on his/their site which I am sure after this exposure will take down the written information I am exposing.

I would have never done business with the company had I known their real specialty was RC vehicles since I was using their services for a website listing in the DMOZ directory. So the story begins.

I went to the site DMOZlisting.com and on their site stated that they GUARANTEED a listing in the DMOZ within 7 days for $69.99, which would be an excellent deal if it was true. I waited a few hours after ordering through PayPal to see if I would receive a confirmation from the company and finally took it upon myself to write the contact email I saw on the PayPal order to see if the order went through and to give them my information to get listed in the directory. I only got ONE reply which was "yes, we received your order". That was all I would ever hear from them again.

Needless to say 7 days went by, way past the guaranteed time to be listed in the DMOZ directory and eventually it turned into weeks. This whole time I was trying to contact him/them ... not a single reply.

The time came finally that I put in a dispute filing with PayPal. The seller finally wrote something, not to me though, to PayPal which they forwarded to me. In the transaction number, he had the balls to write 'THIS IS A SERVICE" not even to document the actual transaction between us with a transaction number. Not that they don't know the transaction number anyways.

Well PayPal denied me my claim twice because it's a service they say. I don't call it a service when next to the PayPal button guaranteeing a "listing" in the directory. That is an electronic good. So PayPal fails, and probably have failed many other unsuspecting victims for this slime ball.

Here is my guarantee. This person is nothing but a street thug who found the loophole to ripping people off online. Do not do it. I wish someone else had posted something about this company on here first. Well now we have it documented.

As far as RC vehicles go. I wouldn't trust this guy with my credit card information to buy an RC anything. If they will rip you off in front of PayPal, they'll rip you off in front of anyone. I WILL get my money back one way or another, that's a promise buddy ... if you're reading this.

Contacted the FBI Today

AUTHOR: Aaron Siegel - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 07, 2012

It's funny, Sami Salem doesn't reply to customer emails, only PayPal emails that promise to get money returned to their customers. Even then, not to the customer, but to PayPal themselves. Today I did the following: 1.)  I Filed a BBB complaint with his physical business RC World in Scottsdale, AZ being he runs it and has fraudulently stolen money from me electronically. 2.) Filed a report with the FBI Internet Criminal Division for fraud 3.) Filed a report with the Scottsdale, AZ police.

Email That I Sent to Sami Salem This Morning via Email and FaceBook

AUTHOR: Aaron Siegel - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, March 01, 2012

 Hello Sami Salem,

This is the person you defrauded. I put a dictionary definition below for in case this term might not be clear to you.

defrauded past participle, past tense of defraudVerb:Illegally obtain money from (someone) by deception.

You stole my money to the amount of $69.99 for a GUARANTEED listing in the DMOZ.org directory. I requested a refund for you not delivering the product/service as promised via PayPal. You knew you could get away with taking my money through PayPal and not suffer a consequence because you were offering a "service". Sami, you surely are mistaken. Read on to learn more on how this can turn around on you.

Your other businesses (RCWORLD.us and HDWebPro.com) I have assumed partake in the same business fraud so I have made my first report with RipOffReport.com with photos of your site DMOZlisting.com and mentioning the other businesses above showing everything you wrote to defraud customers. You can try changing the content on your site, but it has already been documented and is saved as jpg on my phone, computer, and on RipOffReport.com.

Sami, when you defrauded me through PayPal, you may have thought that you found a loophole that would leave you unscathed while ripping unsuspecting customers off of their hard earned money. One thing you overlooked Sami, what you did is AGAINST THE LAW. While PayPal allows no refunds on "services" not provided, the FBI does not. PayPal has given me the information necessary to proceed with the FBI regarding this fraudulent case and promises to cooperate with their investigation.

This can be avoided.

I want a FULL REFUND to my PayPal account within 7 days from this email letter or I GUARANTEE you this: I will be making a FULL CRIMINAL inquiry to the FBI about your fraudulent practices as well as be taking legal action against you after the FBI has finished their investigation with you in order to obtain the funds you stole from me.  Simple as that. Here is the transaction number for the $69.99 #XXXXXXXXXXXXX

My PayPal payment ID is (blank)

You should note, RipOffReport.com does not allow the removal of a report. What I am promising you is the opportunity to not be criminally investigated by the FBI upon the safe return of my money. You have 7 days to issue me a refund along with an apology. If I do not receive my refund, you will be reported to the Cyber Criminal Division of the FBI.

Con Artist Sami Salem of DMOZlisting.com, RCWORLD.us, and HDWebPro.com takes the money and runs. Complete fraud.

AUTHOR: Aaron Siegel - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, March 01, 2012

First off, let me just say ... DO NOT use their services at DMOZlisting.com which is owned by the same owner for RCWORLD.us and HDWebPro.com EVER. It's a total scam and this guy Sami Salem walks off with your money laughing all the way to the bank using a PayPal loophole (explain later). Completely lies on his site which I am sure after this exposure will take down the written information I am exposing.

I would also like to disclose that almost 100% of this seller/business information I had to research myself. Sami Salem does not disclose his name in correspondence and uses many different email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses for all of his businesses.

I would have never done business with Sami Salem had I known his real specialty was RC vehicles and conning people out of their money. I bought his services for a guaranteed website listing in the DMOZ directory. So the story begins.

I went to the site DMOZlisting.com and on the site it stated that they GUARANTEED a listing in the DMOZ within 7 days for $69.99, which would be an excellent deal if it was true as most webmasters would know. I waited a few hours after ordering through PayPal to see if I would receive a confirmation from the company and finally took it upon myself to write the contact email I saw on the PayPal order to see if the order went through and to give them my information to get listed in the directory. I only got ONE reply a day later which was "yes, we received your order". That was all I would ever hear from Sami Salem again.

Needless to say 7 days went by, then 9 days, way past the guaranteed time to be listed in the DMOZ directory and eventually it turned into weeks. This whole time I was trying to contact Sami ... not a single reply. Of course after weeks on no correspondence I reluctantly went to PayPal for a refund. The reason for being reluctant was basically because I really wanted to be listed in the DMOZ and didn't want to believe foul play, however as the story would go, this scammer was already off with my money.

The time came finally that I put in a dispute filing with PayPal. The seller FINALLY wrote something, not to me though, to PayPal which they forwarded to me. In the transaction number section, he had the balls to write 'THIS IS A SERVICE" not even to document the actual transaction between us with a transaction number. Not that they don't know the transaction number anyways.

Well PayPal denied me my claim twice because it's a service they say. I don't call it a service exactly when next to the PayPal button guaranteeing a "listing" in the directory. That listing in the DMOZ is an electronic good in my book. A service alone would be just a submission to the DMOZ not a guaranteed listing. I explained this to PayPal and gave them all of the information including the link to the site. It's obvious PayPal didn't actually research my dispute and went the easy way out allowing this criminal to rip me off. So PayPal fails, and probably have failed many other unsuspecting victims for this slime ball.

Here is my guarantee. I WILL get my money back. This my first step of many to get Sami Salem to refund EVERYONE that he has done wrong, not just me. Pay us back, and think twice before scamming us again.

This person is acts works like a street thug who found the loophole to ripping people off online because his failing RC business. In the BBB, his business gets an F rating for ignoring customer issues for his RC vehicles. As far as RC vehicles go. I wouldn't trust this guy with my credit card information to buy an RC anything. If Sami will rip you off in front of PayPal, he'll rip you off in front of anyone. It's scary that he has an account with a credit card merchant, never submit your credit card information to this con artist.

Do not do business with Sami Salem, DMOZListing.com, HDWebPro.com, or RCWOrld.us online. I wish someone else had posted something about this guy on here first. Well now we have it documented at least. I am sure this slimy fellow will move on to another name and site after being found in here so never forget his name, although he may change that too.

If you were scammed by Sami Salem under his business sites or business names, here is some information I found that can be helpful. I had to do a lot of personal research, but nobody rips me off this badly and gets away with it. It appears he originally was from Yonkers, NY and now resides in Scottsdale, AZ where he continues to rip people off.

Here are some addresses. Not sure which one is the most current. I would believe the Scottsdale, AZ  address is the most current as of 2012 though.

8776 E SHEA BLVD STE B3A #426
SCOTTSDALE,AZ  85260

Phone numbers listed  to contact Sami regarding any fraud he has committed unto you include 877-306-2533, 914-843-8407, 914-882-0605, and a fax number 866-581-1567.

I would hurry to call these numbers if he wronged you, these are most likely to change after sharing this information. As a matter of fact, most of these numbers, if not all, are probably bogus or changed already.

I WILL get my money back Sami, one way or another, that's a promise buddy ... if you're reading this even.
