DMSMKTG.COM, LTS Management, Whistler Marketing, Westbury Ventures Trying to collect for non existent payday loan Dover Delaware

This started last year with phone calls from someone who would not tell me what DMS meant, or where his company was from, just that I owed for a long lost payday loan from 2002. I told him I hadn't done a payday loan since my stroke in 2001, and he said he had all my personal info, but my bank account was closed. I asked him to send me the info, he said he would, but he never did. I started receiving e-mails from Whistler Marketing saying that if I paid them quickly, they would settle the loan for me. I didn't take out this loan, I asked them to please reply with info about my loan, but they only kept sending e-mails telling me the amount would go from $300 to "the full amount" if I didn't pay right away. I didn't, since I never borrowed money from them. Now today I received a letter from Westbury Ventures about a 'friendly reminder' that my account was past due and I now owe $450. They list an account number of 5693 and original creditor of Whistler Marketing. I should call them right away to arrange prompt payment to avoid further collection activity.
