Received statement dated 11/1/12 purportedly billing us $65.00 for DNS backup services.  Only farther down on the page is there a statement that says "this is a solicitation for the order of good or services, or both, and not a bill, invoice, or statement of account due.  You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer unless you accept this offer."  A very busy or inattentive person might not realize that this is a scam.  It looks like a real invoice.
