dnssvc,com info@dnssvc.com sent a bill for services I never ordered, received or paid for. A fake bill. Vancouver Washington

This company sent my company an invoice for $65.00; for Managed DNS back-up Business Services. This invoice looked very real and could be easily over looked if employee is not aware of your current vendors. 

There is no paragraph This is a solicitation for the order of goods or services, or both, and not a bill, invoice, or statement of account due. You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer unless you accept this offer. 

It was not placed in the  invoice; this is clearly a deceptive act.

Definition of mail fraud:A crime in which the perpetrator develops a scheme using the mails to defraud another of money or property. This crime specifically requires the intent to defraud, and is a federal offense governed by section 1341 of title 18 of the U.S. Code.
