Yes I got duped too, I accepted a job with this so called company. I never thought to ask for a business license, they had a storefront in Daytona Beach main business district. I was at my desk for only 6 hours and the cops busted in, this is crazy. I never got paid, but I feel very sorry for the people who lost real money. Before I take any other jobs here in daytona area, I will do a background check. Scammers are lurking around every corner.

I was recently contacted by Michelle Phillips. She wanted me to hire her for purposes of renting my time-share. Money was requested up front. She stated that this is Florida state law for time-shares..cannot accept money after the transaction as this is illegal?????? She indicated that she is licensed and provides a money-back guarantee. The license on her website is a "Tax Receipt". Not familiar with state laws/documents but I don't believe this is a copy of a "license". The listing agreement on the website does not look like or sound like an official legal document created by a lawyer. Not sure if Mike's report is true. I am definitely interested in obtaining any more information I can about this individual to determine her credibility or lack thereof and to also determine if Michelle Phillips and Richard Lester Phillips are one and the same individual.
