The gentleman in this report is a scam artist he and his son Daniel Mattly claims to sell frac sand have a water hauling company and is a truck dealer. Let's start with the water hauling and sand sells company first off he only has 5 trucks none of which has DOT numbers on them and the trailers they are pulling behind them and owned by southwest pneumatic in Venus texas which they have reported stolen Trucks Plus, Truck Master Plus, is being investigated for wire fraud by the FBI he sells fictitious trucks to people receives the money and never gives the customer the trucks or titles If you search this man's name in his home state of Arizona you will see that he has 14 liens against him and is involved in a case in the supreme court of Arizona which he ripped off someone once again on the truck dealer side. If you have any questions feel free to contact me on here and I can give you attorney's info in New Mexico or Texas for the 3 pending lawsuits that he has filed against him. Thank you for reading.

i worked for 32 hours straight for this guy and never paid he said he paid a third party and they claim they never recieved money

These guys just keep burning people left and right. Someone really needs to post legal and collection contact information against these guys for those who are struggling against these folks. They cannot continue such actions against others. Please provide a past and present attorney or collection agency so the rest can jump on board and merge cases together to take down criminals such as these folks.
