I also ordered from Dock24.com in July a daybed and trundle for over $700, I was doubled billed on my credit card, have made many calls and left messages on their email address but have gotten no responses.
I have contacted my credit card company but would prefer to here from Dock24.com and Shamich Corporation. There is no city or state available to contact the BBB.
All of there message boxes now are full and emails can no longer get through. Until they straighten out there company I hope no one orderes anything from them as their site is still up to take more orders on credit cards.

To Whom It May Concern: We did have a problem with our phone lines mid week of last week, since have corrected this problem. Our email system has been working as usual, but I went ahead and did a sweep of our email and found no errors.
Never the less, I am sorry that you had these problems and I would like to help you resolve the credit issue as well. First, you need to have your credit card company do a charge back against the original Company dock24.com. The reason for this is dock24 has gone under and Shamic and Company is picking up the pieces. Your money is in a trust through the origanal dock 24 account. We are in Norfolk, VA. and would understand if you send a letter to the BBB. Please give me a call at 757-580-5902 so as I can talk you through this and send you a 150.00 gift certificate to spend any way you would like. God Bless America! Cheers
