Doctor Nick Williams BEWARE Incompetant Inebriated Banned English Quack BEWARE GILBERT Arizona

I stopped off at a new Urgent Care after experience acute abodimal pain in my lower right quadrant for days. I hadn't been able to keep anything down for many hours. And I had enough. Let me make this pertinently CLEAR, ALL the workers at Alliance Urgent Care were of the utmost Highest Ethical Professional Level with the exception of their Doctor Nick Williams. HE WAS HAMMERED. You could smell the booze coming off him and it made me Absoulutely sick. He checked my abdomen but nearly fell over doing so. He told me to lay off the coffee and laughed and walked right out of the room. As I walked out he told me nothing was wrong. I went home and the pain became unbearable. I was immediatelly admitted to a hopsital and had my appendix removed. I did some background checks and this guy was banned from England for this same type of behavior. Although Alliance Urgent Care was professional they should have never hire someone of this capacity. I spent all my money on this visit and could have lost so much and he did absolutely NOTHING.
