Made a deal on a used car that they promised to fix or order a new taillight that was part of the deal. It's been two months now and they are being total jerks, and no one in management wants to look into the matter. Have been trying to resolve professionally to no avail so if I have to contribute to ruining their already tarnished reputation so be it. We have the paperwork showing they agreed to do this.
