It's a warning for anyone needing service.
DO NOT USE DOGGETT FREIGHTLINER IN EL PASO!
We had an in-frame done there and it cost us $17,000. On their original invoice estimate they even say "possibly oil pump" and told us they had found "filings" in the oil pan. And then they didn't replace it????? OMG!
They didn't follow the service manual and didn't replace the oil pump and intake. You can see it listed under 'BASIC OVERRHAUL' 6 lines down on the left!
Who the hell does a rebuild and uses OLD parts??? They did! So 20,000 miles down the road the engine siezed up again and they won't stand behind their work!
This is unacceptable and Freightliner of AZ said it needs to be rebuilt again.
Doggett won't stand behind their warranty! STAY AWAY! They do shoddy work!!
