DogVacay Dog Vacay Misleading, False Claims, Failed To Honor Agreement Nationwide

I worked for DogVacay Pet Sitting and they are very misleading and failed to honor our contract. First, DogVacay claims they give you insurance, but DogVacay's insurance does not cover any damage the pet does to your property. You could dog sit for 2 days have have $1,000 of damage done to your carpets, couch, etc, and DogVacay won't cover it.

In addition, DogVacay Pet Sitting says they take 15-20% of your revenue, but it's 20, not 15. Rover only takes 15%, so stick with Rover.com

Worst of all, they say that if someone cancels at the last minute, you get 50% of the price of the stay. However, when someone canceled on me, the person told DogVacay that they and I couldn't agree on a drop-off time, which was complete nonsense. DogVacay canceled the reservation, saying that I canceled it, and refused to pay me anything for it. I also lost a large reservtion because I was counting on having this dog for 3 nights. DogVacay doesn't care about their sitters, b/c there's always more sitters, they only care about making money from Clients.
