Dollar General Corporation fraud, false statements. firing injured employees Bryan, Texas

I would like to remain anonymous but I have a story about Dollar General and their treatment of employees.  I am one of the employees and there are at least two more.  I had a shelf fall on my hand on March 21, 2013 while at work.  I was seen at the emergency room at St. Josephs who then sent me to Dr. Richardson, an orthopedic surgeon. He determined that I needed a cast on my hand and was unable to work and filed the workman's compensation form.  Dollar General Risk Management decided that was not good enough so i was sent to Scott and White where I talked with a Physician's Assistant who could not examine my hand because its ina cast.

 He stated that I was not to use my right hand at all and should continue treatment with Dr. Richardson.  He said I could be on light duty but since it was my right hand and I am right handed I should not work.  He stated again that i needed to continue my treatment with Dr. Richardson.  Since that time I have been repeatedly harassed, text messaged, put on schedule when under doctor's orders not to work.  Brenda Vasquez, my store manager tried to get Candace Gonzales to write a false statement saying I was not injured at work and repeatedly told employees that I was as good as unemployed because the District Manager, Kevin Gordan looked for any reason to fire employees who where injured. 

I filed for a leave of Absence and I filed for short term disability, however yesterday I was terminated supposedly for no call no show when I am under doctors orders not to work.  Candace Gonzales was injured at work and Christina, another co-worker was witness to this.  Christina was asked by Brenda Vasquez to write a false statement regarding Candace's injury.  Christina also witnessed Candace's husband iving Brenda Vasquez the forms stating Candace was unable to work.  Brenda Vazquez claims she never got anything from Candace or myself. 

Brenda text messaged Candace, which all messages and voice mails have been kept as proof of what happened, that she was not going to tell Kevin Gordan because Kevin would once again look for any reason to fire her.  They scheduled Candace for work knowing she was unable to work and then terminated her for not going to work.  At another Dollar General store in Bryan a female employee was fired by Kevin Gordan when he found out she was pregnant.  Brenda Vasquez is the store manager for the Dollar General on William Joel Bryan.

The pregnant individual was fired from the Dollar Store on Martin Luther King. Kevin Gordan has apparently made a habit of firing injured employees and lying to employees her hires.  His number is 501-607-0905. Brenda Vasquez's number is (((phone number redacted))).
