Dollar General Terre Haute-daughter fell and was hurt Terre Haute Indiana

Last Year while shopping at a near by Dollar General the condition was very bad out. It was raining strong and the awning going into the store was in need of repair since it had steady rain coming through into the doorway of the store. The automatic door stepping was very oily and wet and when my daughter stepped on it she went flying down frontwards and hit their door frame causing a laceration to her left ear causing a cut and much pain. She was bleeding and crying and the cashier tried to help her (Sam) but she laid in the doorway crying. The manager was in back and never called to the front. I rushed her to the hospital and they put a butterfly over the cut and gave her some Tylenol with codeine(?).
I called the store to complain of the bad conditions at their entry way and the manager got very defensive and nasty making it seem like it was her fault she fell in the doorway. There was no sign warning the belt may have been oily or slippery! This wouldn't have been a problem if they fixed the entry roof to begin with. I blame the owner for not fixing the problem. I also found out other people have fallen (the cashier who had been there told me my daughter isn't the first!) At the initial sign in to the emergency I paid my 10 dollar co-payment not knowing what else I should have done. Well, the company sent me the $10.00 too cover my copayment and my daughter didn't even get crap not even an apology. I think this is an outrage. She has permanent damage to her ear with two sore bumps on it.
