I rented a car at Midway Airport from Dollar. I declined the fuel option and the woman at the counter told me to fill up within 10 miles of the airport. I filled up on Cicero within 2 miles of the airport. When I returned the car they charged me $8.99 because I did not have a receipt for the fill up! The Dollar employee agreed that the tank was full. I would avoid this company as they are deceptive.
