 I was introduced to Victor(Hardy aka LaVictor)Pelt by a former collegue of mine in May of 2013.My collegues has a Dollar Store in Fayvetville in Atlanta told me about and who I could talk to which was Victor.So he sent me the info to get started he needed my financials and business information to help me start my own Dollar Store.But I would need $5k to start the process so that he knew that I was serious.Ok I did that then a week later he told me everything checked out on my end financially so that we could proceed.Then he asked me for $20k to get the fixtures,shelves,and sym of the products ordered for the store.He then sent me emails of avaliable properties to put my business in the area in which I lived.Plus I did my own search as well.

Place after place we call and try to make a deal. Months passed still searching but every want the deposit up front plus first & Last mth rent or 3mths free but u still have to do a large security deposit.Which Victor stated in contract that he and his company would help fund but no funds was ever rendered from he just the $25k of mines in his possession.He was not willing to give me the deposit for the building he kept making excuses like dont you have enough money to di the deposit on your own because the money I gave him wasnt for a deposit on a space but for product and fixtures.

I explained that was all I had to get started he knew that but try to come up with ways for me to borrow money from him with a contract of course so he could fund me the mobey through his company New Holdings.That I would have to pay back with %5 interest. I then started getting very suspicious of everything excuses excuses promises promises.So Finally in Jan of 2014 I wanted my refundable refund back in which has not fully happen yet and its now Dec. He still owes me $22,725 dollars to this day and I will stop at nothing to get it back.Don't do business with this guy or his company its no good.
