Dolphin Pools No integrity they take the money and run. Will not stand by product they sell Indian Trail North Carolina

After Trying very hard to work out these problems Mr Skip Brown has avoided me i have called ,But he will not return calls will not come out.I even sent him the disk with the pictures on it of all the sorry work they have done.Did contact an attorney and he promised me i do have a case.I will be posting some photos for everyone to see

I am a consumer of Dolphin Pools and I have had nearly the exact same problems you are dealing with. Ever since Dolphin Pools installed my pool back in July of '06 I have had problems. The filter system they used provides minimal suction for the vacuum. The pump is not starting to leak. The concrete decking has been pealing off ever since they installed it. They came and attempted to fix it once but that only made it worse and they left my pool area a mess. They haven't been back since. Then when I opened the pool up last year in April I found a section of the concrete in the bottom of the pool was lifting up and had puctured the liner. I can actually see the concrete sticking through. At that point we requested them to come out and review the damage since it was just within the terms of their one year workmanship warranty. Surprise, they have ignored us. Well, I did go and get an attorney and have since sued Dolphin Pools for the pool. We are still working through that.

I will suggest to anyone that they not use Dolphin Pools based out of Indian Trail, NC.

2nd pool company came out this week.Was told the same thing.that the liner was installed incorrectly,that the deck needs to be pulled up,and put in new coping new liner and new pool deck.Went to dolphin pools ask for meeting with skip brown ,was contacted next morning by service manager,He told me,he would relay the message and thats the last i have heard from them,this is pretty typical of the reaction ive got dealing with them the whole time

and know as of june 20th the liner is falling all out again.the owner can never be reached by phone.Had another pool company out and the said the concrete was not smoothed under neath and was punching holes in liner.so this pool needs to be taken back down to the shell and start from there. also have another pool company comming out on june23.Will update then.Here is your chance dolphin to stand behind your product
