Dolphinaris SCAM Cancun Nationwide

This place is a scam! I purchased a package online which included a photo package. I had to pay extra for it. However, when I went to get my pictures, the ladies there told me that I have no picture package. I kept showing the confirmation email which stated in bold CAPS that my reservation included the photo package. They were checking on something for over an hour. Then a woman came up and told me that my package included 3 photos. I said fine, I chose my 3 photos, and when I went to get them, that SAME lady (Gabrielle) said that I don’t have the package, and started offering me to pay for them. It was simply ridiculous! These people have no respect, no customer service skills, they don’t care about anything, they only want to sell you the pictures, which cost more than the actual dolphin experience.

I had to leave without my pictures as I did not want to waste my vacation time to get something that I paid for.

I would also like to mention that the dolphin “experience” is actually taking pictures, or waiting and watching others take pictures with them the whole time! The interaction is very very little!

After I contacted their customer service department, they replied that their staff informed them that I simply did not want to wait for pictures, which is a lie.

Please avoid this location at any cost!
