Do not hire this guy! Dom Ramirez told me whatever he thought I needed to hear in order to secure a job for his company. In my experience, his company was only effective at delivering bills and excuses. 'You get what you pay for' does not apply to Dom Ramirez and company. I would have been better hiring off-shore developers at a fraction of the rate. Preparing for months before choosing to go with Dom Ramirez, I was fairly confident Dom Ramirez understood the project and could accomplish it within budget. I could not have been more wrong. Hiring Dom Ramirez was the worst decision of my life.

After working with Dom Ramirez for over a year to create a web application, Dom Ramirez delivered unstable, weak, ineffective software and after refusing to deliver anything workable told me (as Im sure he has repeated to many others) "software development is a high risk game"... it sure is when you choose this joker!
