Dominant Testo, Explosive F13 Scam, False Advertisement, Inability to assist or contact customers on transactions Henderson Nevada

My report is on a product called Dominant Testo. I ordered this based off a pop up I recieved after filling out a survey. The original transaction leads you to believe that the total cost of all of the transaction will only be around 10 dollars.

I contacted the company soon after I recieved the product to insure that I would not recieve any more charges of course by the time I actually recieved the product it was to late to return the product because it had been more than 18 days for it to ship to me. Whether it is because it was lost in shipping temporarily or not I do not know. 

So now im in a predicament. They have charged me an additional 200 dollars to my account that I did not authourize for the same product. So I called them today and let me tell you i have not used either of these products because i noticed on the back of the bottle that it had not been evaluated by the food and drug association. 

Well upon contacting them i talked to two customer service representatives and the best that could do was give me 73 dollars back on one of the bottles and they both said that my call did not show up in their system when I had originally intended to cancel the order. How convienient for them right? 

So basically, this company advertises a free trial for a product delays shipping and then charges you an additional 200 dollars extra for the same product. One of the things they do advertise however is that if you don't like the product you can send it back for a refund but guess what... it has to be within 18 days. So if any of you are like me and recieve your product extremely late you have no time to even test the product before you are charged an additional 200 dollars for a product that isnt even evaluated by the FDA.
