They drafted $279.00 dollars out of my account and I have not received my card as of yet. It's been 2 whole months and I know it does not take that long for anything to process. Plus they direct you to Worldwide credit network with whom you can't even contact unless you write them by letter. You send them the final $54.00 dollar processing fee still no card.
When you call, the customer service is very rude and uninformational and hang up on you. I just need my money back. That's alot of money to have out there and not know anything and they can't tell you anything. There has to be something I can do to get my money back. It wasn't this hard and it didn't take long for them to get your money from you.
