I spoke with a representative of Dominion Financial, they contacted me I am not sure where they got my name also they told me it was off the internet. They offered an unsecured Mastercard for $5000.00 if I paid them $279.00. Being in financial need at the time they called I agreed, asked again if it was an unsecured card and was assured that it was.

I recieved a box in the mail after they had deducted the $279.00 and there was a paper in the box stating that I should fill it in and send $24.95 along with the application. I noticed at the top off the application that after Sign up form it said Stored Value Card. I called Dominion Financial and spoke to a Mike who refused to give me his last name.

I asked Mike what a stored value card was and he told me it was a card that you had to put money into the account to use the card. Basically it is really a debit card. When I told him that they had misrepresented themselves and that they had promised an unsecured card. He yelled at me that I had approved the transfer of funds and that I was not getting my money back. He then hung up on me.

I called back and it was the same person that I had talked with earlier. I asked for the supervisor and was told that no supervisor was available. I asked how I could reach one and he said he would have them call me. I asked Mike if he had my phone number as I had not given him my name, phone number or any other information. He assured me that he had my phone number and hung up on me again.

When I called back a third time Mike recognized my voice and hung up on me right away. This is obviously a scam and these people are probably making millions of dollars off people in need, without giving the item that they promised. Please don't fall into the same trap I did and waste your money. Next time I will look up the company on the Internet, If I had seen the rip off reports I would not have dealt with the company.
