On 12/3/04 received call from Dominion Financial rep name Richard Bailey, stating I had been approved for Master Card credit card with no less than $5,000.00 credit limit, and no APR for 1st year, pending paying $279.00 processing fee via ACH from my checking account.
Had " company to ACH my checking account on 12/09/2004, and not only have not received the master card credit card, but am literraly cursed out, called foul names by their customer service personel, and have the phone hung up by them in my face, upon calling to inquire about credit card. I have received credit cards before( in the past), and have never known it to take a reputable finance company/bank to take this long to mail card to customer, especially if the company is located in N.Y., and I am also living within the USA.
I have been told it takes 15 to 30 business days to receive card, and if not received by then, to call for a "tracking number". I have received so much disputed info from various customer care personel, and have asked to speak with a supervisor on several occassions, only to be told that one is not available now, but will call me in 24-48 hours...this has been since 12/20/04.
I was really looking forward to receiving this card, even before xmas to buy my kids/family xmas gifts, and pay off some bills that I desperately need to cover. I just recently relocated, due to lack of work, and needing help from family at this point, and this is sooooo dissapointing to find these reports about Dominion Financial on your website. Please help me to track down this scandolous company, and put the responsible people behind bars, because this has made my situaton worse than before, due to making promises to pay monies on bills, that I probably wont be receiving. They talk to me so nasty, rude, and ugly on the phone, until it has made me ill with hypertension, and excessive stress levels.
