Dominion Financial ripoff Champlain New York

The company called me and told me it was a credit card. I payed $289.00 fee. Then I get paperwork in the mail and it tells me it is a load mastercard. I called the company and the lady I spoke with was very rude. She said if you didnt know what it was why did you agree to it. I told her I agree to a credit card not a debit card.

I asked to talk to her supervisor and she kept arguing with me and would not let talk to a supervisor. She said that I could listen to the recorded statement. When I said that I was going to report them she hung up on me. I called back and talked to someone else and told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor and he said that the supervisor was not in today. I asked if I could listen to my recording and he said yes on Friday. 3 days from today.
I wish there was something I could do. If anyone has any advise please contact me.
