Dominion Financial ripoff, credit card scam Champlain New York

Dominion Financial contacted me in July and stated that they could get me a credit card with a 2,500 dollar limit if I paid 279 dollars for the set up fee. Convienced I gave them my banking information. 5 days prior to the date they were to charge my account I called and stated that I was no long interested in paying to recieve credit. I was told to call back a few business days becuase the company could not process my cancelation request at the time. When i finally called back two days before the charge to my account, I was told that I had to call back 72 hours in advance if I was to cancel. I was never told this before by any of the representitive. This company is clearly not helping people becuase the services they provide can be easily provided without their assistance. IF anyone would like to go in with me on a Federal Lawsuit against this company with me please contact me
