Dominion Law Associates has filed a fraudulent Garnishment Summons because they previously garnished this same debt. Virginia Beach, Virginia

I was served with a garnishment summons by Dominion Law Associates on behalf of Midland Credit Management in June 2012.  It is my own fault and take complete responsibility that I owed $789.81 to Midland Credit Management.  With fees, interest and garnishment costs, the amount ballooned to $1096.95. The first deduction began with my July 20, 2012 pay check and continued through until September 28, 2012.  I contacted my Payroll Department and confirmed the entire amount was paid in full.



On November 19, 2012 I received a Garnishment Summons from Dominion Law Associates for the very same debtor and original amount.  Only on this summons, Dominion Law Associates claims I only paid $806.41.  They have also added additional costs, interest and Garnishment fees. I made many, many attempts to reach them by phone at 757-446-7540 and toll free 800-989-0009 without success.  After being placed on hold by their phone system it disconnects the call, every single time.  What kind of shady way to do business is this and more importantly is this even legal?
