I placed my order for pizza with Dominos store #1949 located at **** **** *** *****, Minneapolis, MN 55412 Phone #:(***) ***-**** at 9:42pm, June 22nd, 2016. The wait time was stated as "Approximately 54-153 minutes," per the e-mail confirmation. At midnight I get a call from a/the manager (ph.#: ***-***-****) asking if I still wanted the pizza. I paid for it and expected it as my dinner, so yes, I did. The man I spoke to mentioned they only had two drivers and one clocked out and went home abruptly, so he offered me a free two-liter of my choice of Coke product. Although I had already bought one with my order he said he'd add another anyway. Ok, I can understand a bad night so I wait, again. He says 15-20 mins to deliver, has the delivery guy standing by him who I can hear him talking to and that my food will be hot and fresh. Strange, because unless they cook me a new one, it most certainly will not be fresh or hot. Now here I am, writing this at 4:55am, still no pizza delivered and they hung up on my twice when I called to simply check my order. The one time I did get through they put me on hold for twenty-plus minutes before I gave up. Now the store is closed, the electronic delivery tracker was updated to claim my order was delivered (which it most certainly is not) and the phones are on a repeating message for the night. I was basically stolen from. Fantastic service. One bad night wouldn’t be unrealistic. All this, however, comes after writing to corporate for the same thing two weeks earlier. I was told its franchise owned and they’d send my complaint to the manager to rectify. I got two free pizza vouchers and I figured I'd give them a second chance. Fool me twice I guess. I got in touch with two others on the Domino's facebook page who also were stolen from tonight, claiming the staff used slurs toward them when they called for their orders and they also never received food before the store closed. They we also not contacted in any form regarding the issue. I am contacting you regarding a prevalent and ongoing issue with this store and the fact that they are stealing from customers.
