We definitely have fallen victim to fraud. We paid $199.00 to them for 2 yrs, and have beenbounced around, blown off and ignored. Now the bank took my home. They refuse to answer me or give me a refund. I am thinking LAW SUIT, perhaps class action, they have an F rating with the BBB. Im glad I did not buy insurance from them too. I hope you can live with yourself Don Brokawand the story telling of being good guy as a law enforcement officer. WOW, I hope the feds put you in jail where you belong. I found out that they are violating their own state laws for charging as a membership program they got going on to do modifications. They lied to me and caused me to loss my home.
